Charming Waterfront community in the seaside fishing village of Sebastian, Florida. We offer move in ready homes with two bedrooms and two full baths. All homes are built to the highest construction standards by Jacobsen Homes in Tampa. We include hurricane impact windows, a metal roof and Hardi board siding as standard on every home. In addition, each home includes a carport with screened lanai patio and large storage room. Our amenities include a 1 acre fenced waterfront park with a 500 foot cement seawall.
